System temperature is too low

The entire system should be inspected immediately to check for possible causes:

1. The feed amount is too large or the material is too wet;

2. The heating capacity of the hot blast stove is reduced;

3. Each control valve is out of order or inaccurate.

Conversely, if the system temperature is too high, it should be checked accordingly. And deal with it accordingly.

System operating pressure drop

Should check:

1. Whether the oil pipe leaks;

2. Whether the pressure control solenoid valve is malfunctioning or damaged;

3. Whether the pressure pump works normally;

4. Whether the pressure switch is abnormal or not, and whether the pressure gauge is normal.

If the above equipment is in good condition after inspection, the pressure pump can be restarted at this time. If the pressure is normal after the pressure pump is turned off, there is no need to stop the machine. Otherwise, the machine will stop and check to eliminate the fault before starting the machine.
