Stamp Mill construction
The Stamp Mill adopts a vertical structure and has a small footprint. It mainly consists of main engine, analysis machine, pipeline device, blower, finished cyclone separator, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and electronically controlled motor. The Stamp Mill main body is composed of a frame, an inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a casing and a motor. Stamp Mill principle
The material is fed into the main grinding chamber uniformly, quantitatively and continuously through the vibrating feeder, and the material is crushed under the rolling and rolling action of the grinding roller. The powder after grinding is taken away by the fan airflow, and classified by the analyzer. The powder with the fineness and the required size enters the large cyclone collector with the airflow, and is separated and collected to become the finished powder.
